Any individual over the age of 16 is entitled to request a Certificate of Good Conduct. In the case of a minor under the age of 16, a parent must submit the request on their behalf.<\/p>\n

Citizens born in New Caledonia, French Polynesia, or Wallis and Futuna must submit the request in person at the first instance court in their region.
